Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using callcentermedia.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About our services
Call Center Media operates a marketplace introduction service for buyers and publishers of calls and leads across multiple verticals. We do not guarantee that any introduction will result in a contract, volume, conversion, or revenue.
3. No prices or guarantees on the Site
The Site does not list prices. Any commercial terms are discussed separately. Results vary. Submitting a form does not create a buyer, publisher, or client relationship until written terms are agreed.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information. You may not disrupt the Site, misuse forms, or submit information on behalf of someone else without authority.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are owned by Call Center Media or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
6. Third parties
If you are introduced to a buyer or publisher, that party’s own terms and practices apply to any relationship you form with them. Call Center Media is not responsible for third-party services.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND OUR MATCHING SERVICE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALL CENTER MEDIA AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY RELATIONSHIP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Center Media and its owners from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
